Homemade Gulab Jamun Recipe.. Ingredients: - 1 cup full-fat milk powder - 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour - 1/4 teaspoon baking soda - 2 tablespoons ghee (clarified butter) - A pinch of cardamom powder - 1/4 cup milk (approximately) - Oil or ghee for deep frying For the sugar syrup : - 1 cup sugar - 1 cup water - A few saffron strands (optional) - 1/2 teaspoon rose water (optional) Instructions: 1. In a mixing bowl, combine the milk powder, all-purpose flour, baking soda, ghee, and cardamom powder. 2. Gradually add milk to the mixture and knead it into a soft dough. The dough should be smooth and not too dry or sticky. 3. Divide the dough into small portions and roll each portion into smooth balls without any cracks.
